Michy Batshuayi Chelsea 2017

Wantaway Chelsea striker Batshuayi joins Lukaku in exclusive goal club

Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has now scored in four different competitions this season, becoming only the third Premier League player to do so.

The out-of-favour Blues forward was handed a rare start in the club's FA Cup third-round replay against Norwich City on Wednesday evening and marked the occasion with a second-half goal.

The strike was Chelsea's first in over 300 minutes of football and also broke his own personal goal drought, a streak which stretched to seven games.

Batshuayi has found playing time difficult to come by this season and has seen his starts limited to cup competitions.

The 24-year-old has made just two Premier League starts this season and another six substitute appearances, scoring twice.

He has also scored twice in the Champions League, once against Qarabag in the group stage and the winner against Atletico Madrid, along with three goals in three games in the League Cup.

His bit-part role has seen him linked with a host of clubs during the January transfer window, with a loan switch to Sevilla on the cards if Antonio Conte is able to source a suitable replacement.
