The Ghanaian has expressed his desire to take on a new challenge after three years with the Black and Greens

Sassuolo midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan feels the time is right to pursue opportunities elsewhere after three years with the Italian outfit.

The Ghana international looks set for a new challenge, having been linked to a host of top teams in Serie A and beyond.

Former side Inter Milan, AC Milan and AS Roma are said to be hot on his heels, while Turkish giants Galatasaray have also been linked to the Accra-born.

"I’ve spent three good years at Sassuolo and it’s been great, but I feel I’m ready for a change," Duncan told Citi TV

“I’ve spoken to the club and they understand my decision.

"So it’s up to them now and the right offer from the interested clubs."

After breaking through Inter's youth system, Duncan twice joined Livorno on loan before heading for Sampdoria on a two-year loan deal in 2014.

The Blucerchiati, however, made the move permanent in January 2015 before also sending the Ghanaian on loan to Sassuolo in the summer.

Last year, he joined The Black and Greens on a permanent deal.
