After falling 2-0 to rivals Gor Mahia, many expected the twelve-time league champions to bounce back with a win v Wazito FC

AFC Leopards coach Rodolfo Zapata says his young players should be given time to learn vital experience in the Kenyan Premier League.

“Most of these players are young, we need to be patient with them because they are still developing. That is the reason why they have been inconsistent at times, it is not like we are enjoying what is happening, they are learning some vital skills and at the end of the season I will give a proper report to NEC.

“I am sure AFC Leopards will fight for the league next season, but we need to correct some things if we want to successfully do it.”

Ingwe is third in the league with 48 points.
