The Ligi Kuu Bara outfit are long-term admirers of the Burundi international.
The attacker is not in his finest form for the Msimbazi giants this season so far, they are looking to offload the player in order to sign a better striker who will help the team in the various tournament.
According to source from Msimbazi, Mavugo is disillusioned with life at the club as he is not happy with his reduced role and his failure to break into the first eleven this season after some high profile arrivals during the pre season transfer window.
“Mavugo will join Singida United at the end of current season.
“Simba has been looking to offload the player in order to sign a better striker who will help the team in the various tournaments they will be taking place in.
“Mavugo has failed to prove his worth as a striker and now we are looking for another who will join John Bocco and Emmanuel Okwi,” the source said.
