The Delhi Dynamos assistant coach does not think that Mumbai's result against Goa will hand Delhi an advantage on Saturday...

Delhi Dynamos have had a disappointing start to the Indian Super League (ISL) season as they are yet to register a win in four games.

Their well-documented profligacy in front of goal continued in their last outing against Chennaiyin FC as well as they were held to a 0-0 draw at home.

Assistant coach Mridul Banerjee acknowledged that his side is working on converting the chances and improving that aspect of their game.

"Our team is a very good side. We have a very good combination of Indian and foreign players. We are playing very well and we have created so many goalscoring chances but we have failed to convert. We are working on that though and I think within one or two matches, we will sort it out," said Banerjee.

The former Mohammedan Sporting coach refused to accept that Mumbai's 5-0 loss to Goa hands Dynamos an advantage in Saturday's game.

"Actually no. That loss was not on Mumbai City. It was because FC Goa were too good. All the goals were good. Mumbai City got chances but they did not convert. Tomorrow (Saturday) is a new match, a new day. I think that result will not affect the performance of Mumbai City tomorrow."

Dynamos have had only three days of recovery after their last match. But Banerjee refused to take a shot at the scheduling.

"Actually everybody is playing without much of a gap. We played our last match just two days ago. Our chief coach (Josep Gombau) is doing strategical work for the match so that is why I came here (for the press conference). We know that our team will play better tomorrow," concluded the assistant coach.
