Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr has confirmed that striker Jacques Tuyisenge will miss the league match against Chemelil Sugar.
The Kenyan champions will face the sugar millers at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru on Thursday and the Briton coach has revealed to Goal that the Rwandan striker is not fit enough to return to action.
“His (Tuyisenge) injury hasn’t got better and will not be available. Of course it is a blow for the team and the player but we don’t want to rush him into action until he gets better.
‘Another player, who is definitely out for Thursday is keeper Boniface Oluoch, he is yet to recover. We are also treating Ernest Wendo, who has a groin problem.”
Tuyisenge is among the players chasing for the Golden Boot with 13 goals, two less the leader Elvis Rupia, who has moved to Zambia with Power Dynamos.
