EXTRA TIME: Elneny hangs out with former Arsenal goalkeeper in Ostersund

Mohamed Elneny hanged out with former Arsenal goalkeeper Rami Shaaban after their 3-0 win over Ostersunds in Thursday’s Uefa Europa League clash.

The 25-year-old who played for entire duration, gave an exceptional display in the midfield as goals from Nacho Monreal, Mesut Ozil and an own goal by Sotirios Papagiannopoulos led the Gunners to victory over the Swedish top-flight side.

Former Sweden international Rami Shaaban whose stay at Arsenal was short-lived by a broken leg, was present at the Jamtkraft Arena to cheer his former club to victory.

After the game, Shaaban who made just five appearances for the Gunners took a snap with Elneny and hailed his role in the encounter that gave Arsene Wenger’s side a commanding first-leg advantage.
