Commentary

Once again, I'm Rudi Schuller (@Rudi Schuller on Twitter) and it was my pleasure taking you through this match.
That's it! Toronto is hosting MLS cup!
118' Ricketts and Altidore kill the clock between them in the Impact half, knocking out another precious 30 seconds or so.
116' The Montreal star hits a knuckler that rwin has trouble dealing with, but Zavaleta is on hand to clear the danger.
115' Drogba draws a foul at the edge of the area. Big free kick coming up.
115' TFC doing lots of smart time wasting with the ball, although they probably could have gone for goal a couple times.
111' Montreal is lumping the ball into the box but Irwin is well in command of his goalmouth.
109' It's a celebratory atmosphere here at BMO Field. It's going to take a miracle for Montreal now.
105' 15 minutes left.
104' Surely this is done and dusted? It doesn't feel like it yet.

Toronto
96' Substitution Sebastian Giovinco Benoît Cheyrou
94' Giovinco seems to have hurt himself on a shot attempt. Not god for the home side.
91' Piatti comes charging down the left and nearly creates a goal. Irwin has to be very alert to intercept the cross.
90' Here we go! Extra time to decide the Eastern representative in MLS Cup.
That's it. We go to extra time.
90' + 3' It comes to nothing.
90' + 3' Corner kick upcoming for the Impact. Is this it?
90' + 1' We're into 3 minutes of added time.

88' Substitution Armando Enrique Cooper Whitaker Jonathan Osorio
85' TFC with two gilt-edge chances to score as first Ricketts gets the ball caught up in his feet after a poor cross from Giovinco, then Altidore bullies his way into the area but his well-stopped by Bush on the close shot attempt.
84' Ricketts squanders a golden opportunity to give Altidore a tap-in with an underhit pass after he's sent free down the left.

81' The Italian's effort is right at Evan Bush.
79' Dangerous free kick coming up for TFC. 20 yards from goal. Cooper drew the foul after cutting in and trying to juke through a pair of defenders.

Goal
Toronto
68' Goal Nick Hagglund - Cooper and Morrow do well to get the left back free down the far side, and he lobs in a perfect ball for Hagglund to attack in the air. How no one thought to pick up Toronto's most athletic player is beyond me.
68' TFC corner upcoming...
66' Venegas nearly sneaks on under Irwin after Oduro leads a nice counterattack down the right side.
64' Montreal has looked livelier this half. The goal also bolstered them.
T. Ricketts
W. Johnson

60' Irwin comes out to punch away but the Impact get another chance at it. The header is well high of the open goal.

I. Piatti
Goal
Montreal Impact
53' Goal Ignacio Piatti - A strange goal sees Montreal back in the aggregate lead after he tries to slide it through to Oduro but the number of bodies in front of goal leads to confusion, with no one actually clearing the ball. It trickles into the net and now things have turned on their head, again.
51' Donadel and Altidore get into it again, thi time on a floated ball up to the TFC striker. Donadel strikes Altidore in the throat while clearing space for himself and TFC gets a free kick near midfield out of it.
47' Oduro gets off a shot from the right that requires a full-stretch save from Irwin.
46' Donadel collides into Altidore along the near touchline, sending the bigman to the ground. That didn't take long.

H. Bernardello

45' Substitution Hernán Darío Bernardello Johan Alberto Venegas Ulloa
45' And we're back!
And that's the half! TFC battles back from 1-0 down to take the 2-1 lead in the game and the aggregate advantage. HUGE 45 minutes coming up.
45' + 3' We're well into 3 minutes of added time.

45' Assist Sebastian Giovinco

Goal
Toronto
45' Goal Jozy Altidore - The big man scores directly off the corner after meeting the ball at the near post. That was a well-worked set piece.
44' Corner kick for TFC...
42' And more penalty shouts after Camara controls a ball in the area with the top of his shoulder. The ref got that one right, I think.
39' Penalty shouts by the home crowd as Cooper rounds Bush and appears to be fouled, but the play continues before fizzling out. Montreal may have gotten away with one there.
A. Cooper
Goal
Toronto
37' Goal Armando Enrique Cooper Whitaker - The Panamanian taps home the rebound after a powerful Hagglund header is cleared off the line. Game on.
33' Nothng comes of the restart, but as the ball is recycled into the box Johnson charges into Cabrera while chasing down an Altidore flick. Crowd wants a penalty, but the call goes the other way.
32' Ciman takes Giovinco down near the byline and he's very lucky not to get another yellow. Free kick upcoming...
29' Not much comes of it.
28' Corner for Montreal coming up...
M. Mancosu
Assist

24' Assist Matteo Mancosu
D. Oduro
Goal
Montreal Impact
24' Goal Dominic Oduro - Another classic counterattack by the Impact leads to a goal after Bernier does well to slice open the midfield. TFC is up against it now.
24' Morrow NEARLY finds Altidore for a tap in, but his cross is cut out.
23' Referee Marrufo seems to be letting a lot of physical play go. Both teams have gripes with the officiating so far.
19' Johnson nearly pulls off the spectacular with an audacious overhead attempt. It doesn't miss by much.
18' That being sad, Bernardello didn't seem to know where he was for a moment. It's surprising to see him out there so quickly.
16' Bernardello is back on the field. Good to see.
13' HUGE collision between Altidore and Bernardello when the players go up for a header. The Impact man looks in serious trouble at midfield.
11' Now Cooper is being tended to after a nasty collision near the far sideline. He looks like he'll continue, but Jonathan Osorio is warming up just in case.
L. Ciman
Yellow Card
Montreal Impact
8' Yellow card Laurent Ciman - The defender clearly tugs on Cooper as the TFC players was about to run into space. Easy card to give.
7' BIG tackle by Donadel to save a nearly certain Giovinco goal! Altidore chases down a long punt by Irwin and bullies his way into the box before laying off for a charging Giovoinco. Donadel makes at the last ditch slide to knock the ball away and avoid the penalty.
6' Things are getting physical already. I wouldn't be surprised to see an early card fron the ref to settle things down.
3' Looks like Montreal is content to sit back and absorb Toronto pressure early.
1' TFC flying already, and Bradley works his way into the area before putting in a low cross for Giovinco that is deflected away.
1' And we're off!
Pre-game ceremonies are underway. It's almost time for kick-off!
We're getting closer to kick off  and the buzz around the building is palpable. BMO Flield has been temporarily expanded to 36,000 seats, and TFC expects every one of them to be filled.
Montreal will line up with the same XI that started last week's match, while TFC eploys the same 3-5-2 from the past several weeks, but with Will Johnson in the midfield in place of Jonathan Osorio.
The Impact lead 3-2 from last week's wild first leg, and will look to wrap up a berth in MLS Cup with a draw or win (or very high-scoring loss) at the sold out BMO Field in Toronto. TFC, with two away goals in hand, would advance with a 1-0, 2-0, or 2-1 win, as well as any multi-goal victory.
Hello and welcome to our LIVE commentary of Toronto FC vs. Montreal Impact. I'm Rudi Schuller (@RudiSchuller on Twitter) and I'll be guiding you through today's action.
A 3-2 win for Toronto after 90 minutes is the only way this game would require extra time.
