Commentary

It's a tough day for Norwich then, who have to pick themselves up to face Chelsea away in their next game. You fear for them next season if they can't get at least a draw to stop the rot in their last three games. Meanwhile, West Ham prepare to host Watford, who have got a vital win against Newcastle. A win for either team would surely see them safe. That's all for now. Goodbye!
West Ham's convincing victory cements their position in 16th with a significantly improved goal difference. They're six points clear of Bournemouth in 18th who face Leicester later this weekend. As for Norwich, they stay bottom of the Premier League table where they'll surely finish.
Michail Antonio's four-goal haul condemns Norwich City to a record fifth Premier League relegation. The hosts were second best for the whole 90 minutes and Antonio took full advantage with a ruthless display of finishing. It's a fantastic result for West Ham who take a big step towards safety.
90' + 4' FULL-TIME: NORWICH CITY 0-4 WEST HAM UNITED
90' + 2' Yarmolenko gets impatient at Aarons holding him off the ball and shoves the Norwich right-back over. It's an obvious free-kick.
90' Norwich have three more minutes of torture to go before their relegation is confirmed. Daniel Farke and his young team look understandably forlorn.
89' Cantwell aims for his teammate Klose who's making a run towards the far post but his free-kick drifts harmlessly out of play. It's not been Norwich's game at all.
88' Cantwell earns a free-kick for Norwich as Soucek pushes him over. Cantwell will be the one to take it.
F. Balbuena
A. Ogbonna
87' West Ham substitution. Ogbonna is replaced at the back by Balbuena.
86' Cantwell can't be blamed for Norwich's outing today or their season. He's probably been Norwich's best player this campaign. The winger with braided hair cuts inside on his right foot and fires an effort way over.
85' Even the canned crowd are cheering West Ham's every completed pass now. Talk about rubbing salt into Norwich's wounds.
A. Masuaku
Pablo Fornals
83' Fornals is next to leave the pitch. Masuaku replaces him.
A. Yarmolenko
J. Bowen
83' More changes from West Ham. Bowen makes way for Yarmolenko.
82' Wilshere wins a free-kick for West Ham as he's fouled in the centre of the pitch by Tettey. It's child's play for the visitors now.
80' Norwich have the ball in the net but it's offside. Idah managed to tap in from close range after getting on the end of Cantwell's cutback from the left.
K. McLean
M. Vrančić
78' Norwich make a change of their own. Vrancic is replaced by McLean.
S. Haller
M. Antonio
78' Antonio has to settle for just the four goals then. Haller comes on for the Englishman who's had a game to remember.
J. Wilshere
M. Noble
77' West Ham make some changes. Their captain Noble has had a fine game. Wilshere is on for him.
76' Norwich should feel lucky that their home fans aren't in Carrow Road to witness this display. Otherwise it would have been even more dispiriting.
R. Fredericks
Assist
74' That's a decent cross from Fredericks but the story is all about Antonio. He's become the first West Ham player to score four goals in a league game since David Cross did it against Tottenham in September 1981.
M. Antonio
Goal
74' GOAL! 4-0 WEST HAM! Antonio grabs his fourth of the game! Norwich are getting demolished here. Fredericks gallops forward into the right of the box and crosses low to Antonio. Antonio deftly back-heels into the net from a few yards out with Krul dragged out of position.
72' Norwich look like they'd take the final whistle right now. The fight has completely gone from them and West Ham are cruising to victory.
J. Martin
O. Hernández
70' Here's Norwich's final change. The 18-year-old Martin comes on for Hernandez.
L. Rupp
E. Buendía
70' Buendía makes his way to the bench. Rupp is on for him.
A. Idah
T. Pukki
69' The lacklustre Pukki is next to go off. He's lost his way badly since the start of the season. The 19-year-old Irish U21 striker Idah replaces him.
T. Cantwell
M. Stiepermann
69' Norwich start preparing for the second tier with their changes. First, Stiepermann is replaced by Cantwell.
68' There'll be another drinks break shortly. Meanwhile, here come those Norwich changes, of which there will actually be four.
66' Norwich look totally devoid of confidence now. It seems like the reality of their imminent relegation is starting to sink in.
64' Cantwell and Idah are preparing to come on for Norwich. West Ham are under no pressure in midfield at all.
62' Norwich are still trying but to no avail. Buendia receives the ball from Lewis and rattles a shot against Rice. Aarons picks up the pieces, whipping a cross in but Vrancic can't connect properly with the header and it sails over.
60' Norwich have to show a bit of pride now. Hernandez shows a bit of strength to hold off Fredericks but snatches at the ball, forcing a routine save from Fabianski.
58' West Ham sense they can rack up the goals now. Fornals teases Norwich's defenders and lays off to Cresswell on the overlap. Norwich hurriedly clear the cross.
56' That's Antonio first ever professional hat-trick. He's the first West Ham player to score a league hat-trick outside of London since Tony Cottee did it against Coventry all the way back in January 1987.
M. Antonio
Goal
54' GOAL! 3-0 NORWICH! Antonio gets a hat-trick and Norwich are surely doomed! Antonio races onto Noble's throughball and smashes his shot straight at the onrushing Krul. The ball loops up nicely for the striker and Antonio nods it into the empty net.
53' Norwich get a rare opportunity, their first of the half. Pukki's shot is blocked as he latches onto a Stiepermann pass.
52' Vrancic fouls Bowen on the right flank. Bowen swings the free-kick in and Antonio heads over the crossbar from very close range. The striker is being a total menace to Norwich's defenders.
50' West Ham try a training ground effort. Noble elects to roll the ball low to Rice in the centre of the box but the England international can't get a clean shot away. Norwich block it and get rid.
49' Fredericks makes a decent run forward and Lewis bundles him over just to the right of the penalty area. West Ham have the chance to extend their lead with another free-kick.
47' West Ham start the half brightly. The visitors get two corners in a row. The second ends with Bowen blazing over from outside the box as the ball lands to him.
45' West Ham get the second half started. No changes at half-time.
West Ham had 11 shots in the box in that first half. Norwich are just wide open in defence as they have been all season. Injuries haven't helped but they really haven't been able to cut it at the back this campaign. Now they need two goals just to delay the inevitable.
Antonio's first Premier League brace since September 2016 has left Norwich with 45 minutes to stave off relegation. West Ham are good value for their 2-0 lead but Norwich have shown just about enough up front to suggest they could recover. They need to.
45' + 3' HALF-TIME: NORWICH CITY 0-2 WEST HAM UNITED
45' + 3' Norwich have their best chance of the game on the brink of half-time. Buendia has time on the edge of the box and forces a decent save from Fabianski. That's an important save to maintain West Ham's two-goal lead just before the break.
45' + 2' West Ham look full of vigour now. Fredericks steams into the penalty area to get on the end of Noble's pass and blasts an effort high and wide.
M. Noble
Assist
45' + 1' Noble claims the assist but it's a poor goal to concede from Norwich's perspective. It wasn't the most threatening free-kick but Antonio took full advantage of it.
M. Antonio
Goal
45' + 1' GOAL! 2-0 WEST HAM! Norwich are staring the Championship in the face. Noble floats the free-kick in and Antonio grabs his second goal of the game, nodding a header low into the bottom right corner.
45' There'll be three added minutes in this first half. It's been a decent watch.
44' Rice ventures forward from midfield and digs out a cross for Antonio who holds the ball up just in Norwich's box. Buendia nips at Antonio's heels and Antonio stumbles. It could be a penalty but Buendia fouls Noble just outside the box shortly after.
43' West Ham get two corners in a row which Norwich deal with reasonably well. Despite West Ham's chances, they can be reasonably content that they're still in this game.
41' Krul makes a great save from Soucek! The Czech is a real threat for West Ham . Noble finds Soucek in the box and Soucek connects on the volley, forcing Norwich's Dutch keeper to tip it over the bar.
40' Soucek carries the ball forward and proceeds to play a terrible pass designed for Bowen straight out of play. The midfielder laughs and shakes his head. It wasn't the best.
39' Klose booms a ball forward from the back to no one in particular. Norwich somehow make something of it as Stiepermann crosses from the left. Cresswell is there to clear it before Pukki arrives on the scene.
38' Buendia brings down West Ham's tricky Spaniard Fornals to the left of the box. Noble sends the free-kick towards Soucek at the far post but the Czech midfielder can't keep his header down.
36' West Ham go on the counter-attack straight away. Bowen jinks down the right and fires across goal from a difficult angle. It's not too far off.
35' Fredericks and Bowen have a bit of a misunderstanding and Vrancic nips in to feed Pukki. Pukki has the chance to slide Stiepermann in on the break but is budged off the ball by Soucek. Pukki looks for the foul but it's not coming.
M. Stiepermann
Yellow Card
33' The referee books Stiepermann for that late challenge on Noble. It was a crude tackle for sure.
33' West Ham still look threatening when they get forward. Stiepermann takes out Noble who'd already popped the ball to Antonio. Antonio lays off for Bowen and Bowen fires wide of the right-hand post.
32' Vrancic steps up to take the free-kick. He swishes his left foot, going for the top right corner, but can't quite get the dip on the ball he's looking for and it whizzes over Fabianski's goal.
31' Vrancic gets muscled off the ball by Fornals. The Bosnian is somewhat fortunate to win a free-kick for Norwich just outside the 18-yard box.
29' Chance for Norwich! Hernandez holds up the ball well in the box and sends it out wide to Lewis who returns the favour. The Cuban can't get his feet together quickly enough and slashes an effort wide. Norwich are pinning West Ham into their own half at the moment.
27' Aarons commits handball in the centre of the park as Lewis' cross from the left is cleared by West Ham. Good spell by Norwich, this.
25' The drinks break is a good chance for Norwich to regroup. They've been second-best in the first half of this half but they're still creating the odd opportunity.
23' Norwich don't look convincing at the back but are promising going forward. Pukki isn't best known for his headers, but the Finn gets one as he heads over from Lewis' cross. There'll now be a brief drinks break.
22' Norwich look very flimsy at the moment. Antonio charges towards goal, back-heeling a pass to Bowen as he drags Klose out of position. Bowen's shot is blocked and Norwich clear.
21' Antonio tussles with Klose to get on the end of a long ball forward. Antonio accidentally handles it and the linesman's flag goes up.
19' Cresswell finds Antonio again with another decent delivery into the box. This time Antonio fires high and wide to the right.
17' Norwich create a half-opportunity of their own. Vrancic and Pukki combine in midfield to find Buendia who sends Hernandez through on goal. The pass is just a touch close to Fabianski though who rushes out to smother it.
15' West Ham keep up the early pressure, winning a throw down the left. Antonio hurls it in and Norwich only half-clear. Noble tries to spread it and Aarons cuts it out. Norwich understandably look low in confidence.
13' Only Everton have scored more goals from corners than West Ham's nine this season. Antonio has now got three goals and an assist in West Ham's six games since the restart. He's in great form at a vital time for his team.
I. Diop
Assist
11' That was far too easy for West Ham. Diop was under little pressure and found Antonio with ease. Set-pieces have been one of Norwich's many downfalls this season.
M. Antonio
Goal
11' GOAL! 1-0 WEST HAM! Soucek's corner comes in from the right. Diop flicks it on to the far post and finds Antonio who lashes it upwards into the net!
10' West Ham almost get the lead! Cresswell has time on the ball and whips a fantastic cross into the box. Antonio sticks a foot out at it and Krul tips it aside from close range! It'll be a West Ham corner. Tettey heads the delivery in out for another corner.
9' Norwich spend a full minute passing between their centre-backs before deciding to go forward. The home side put together some tidy build-up play on the edge of West Ham's box before Vrancic drills an effort wide of the post.
7' Vrancic spots Pukki on the run but elects not to make the pass, playing it safe. Pukki shows a spot of frustration. Up the other end, Antonio beats Aarons again and pulls it back to Soucek who side-foots a shot wide of the right-hand post.
5' Norwich take their time at the back in their usual fashion. They're neat on the ball but have left themselves far too open this season. That's why they ultimately look to be heading down.
3' Early chance for West Ham! Antonio beats Aarons to burst into the box from the left. The striker lays off to the arriving Soucek who's nipped between the two Norwich centre-backs. The Czech midfielder only has Krul to beat but the angle's tight and he hits the side netting. That's a warning for Norwich already.
2' Vrancic over-runs with the ball in midfield and gets dispossessed by Bowen. Bowen powers forward down the right flank to enter the 18-yard box but loses his footing. It'll be a Norwich goal-kick.
1' Both teams take the knee at kickoff and Norwich get things underway!
The two sides are out on the Carrow Road pitch. Both teams will play in their first choice strips. There's a moment of silence to remember Jack Charlton, the 1966 World Cup winner with England who has passed away aged 85.
West Ham are looking for their first league double over Norwich since 1972-73 after their 2-0 win at the London Stadium last August. Norwich are unbeaten in their last 17 home league games against the Hammers since that season - they've never gone 18 games unbeaten against any team in their history. Will this game change that?
Norwich name an unchanged team from their narrow 2-1 loss to Watford midweek. Cantwell has returned from injury and is back on the bench. There's one change to West Ham from their defeat to Burnley as captain Noble comes back in. Yarmolenko drops to the bench.

Norwich's opponents today are West Ham who aren't yet out of trouble themselves. David Moyes' team picked up their first point in eight away games in their last game on the road against Newcastle. A win here would go a long way to securing their Premier League survival.
Norwich City are on the brink of returning to the Championship. The rock-bottom Canaries have lost their last six league games, their worst Premier League losing run since 1995. Defeat here will see Norwich suffer their fifth Premier League relegation - more than any other side.
