Liverpool get ready to lift the Premier League trophy on the Kop stand then before travelling to Newcastle on the final day. That fixture's historically a high-scoring one too. Chelsea head home to prepare for that crucial game against Wolves. That's all for now. Goodbye!
Liverpool's win means little for them except the pride of ending their league season at home with a win. Their main job of winning the league is of course already done. Chelsea stay fourth and need a point against Wolves this weekend to qualify for next season's Champions League. Leicester and Man Utd will play off for the other top-four spot.
Liverpool put five past Chelsea in an entertaining end-of-season affair. The champions dominated the first half before Chelsea rallied with Pulisic's second-half arrival. The visitors briefly looked like they could salvage a draw until Oxlade-Chamberlain sealed the win for Liverpool. Chelsea's quest to qualify for next season's Champions League will go down to the final day.
90' + 5' FULL-TIME: LIVERPOOL 5-3 CHELSEA
90' + 4' Rudiger tries a throughball for Hudson-Odoi but the Chelsea winger is offside. There are seconds left to play now.
90' + 2' Van Dijk nearly makes it 6-3 Liverpool! Origi wins a free-kick down the left wing as he's fouled by James. Robertson's cross makes its way to van Dijk at the far post but his shot from the right of the six yard box flies just over the crossbar.
90' Liverpool have just five minutes more to play before they lift the Premier League trophy.
89' The substitute Milner commits a strong tackle on Abraham by the sideline to concede a foul. It's a free-kick but nothing more.
Emerson
Marcos Alonso
88' Chelsea make a change of their own. Emerson is on for Alonso.
Substitution
87' Mane gets the same treatment from the Liverpool boss. He's replaced by Minamino. Liverpool have used their three substitution windows so no run-out for Lallana here. You don't win a Premier League through sentiment.
D. Origi
S. Mané
87' Klopp embraces Firmino as he leaves the pitch. Origi is on for the Brazilian.
86' Liverpool are preparing a few more substitutions. It's just a matter of time for them now.
A. Robertson
Assist
84' In a game that's been full of great goals, that well may have been the best of the lot. Robertson's energy to power forward this late in the game was astounding. That goal could well seal the win for Liverpool.
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain
Goal
84' GOAL! 5-3 LIVERPOOL! Liverpool counter-attack in breathtaking style as Chelsea fluff the free-kick. Robertson bursts down the left and crosses low. Jones wisely leaves it for Oxlade-Chamberlain who side-foots it into the net.
J. Gomez
Yellow Card
83' Gomez gets the first yellow card of what's been a relatively good-natured game for checking Pulisic down the left.
82' Chelsea are continuing to threaten. If they equalise to draw this, they'll qualify for next season's Champions League. James sends another ball in from the right and Alisson rushes out of his goal to claim it before Abraham can get there.
81' Chelsea fancy this. Zouma fires a great crossfield pass out wide to James. James waits for Hudson-Odoi to make the run but his eventual pass is overcooked and rolls out of play.
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain
Mohamed Salah
79' Salah's number is up and the Egyptian looks disappointed not to have scored in this game. He'll cheer up when he lifts the Premier League trophy shortly. Oxlade-Chamberlain replaces him.
77' Liverpool win a corner down their right off Rudiger. Alexander-Arnold swings it in. Chelsea, unusually for them, manage to deal with it.
75' Fireworks are going off sporadically outside Anfield. Liverpool really can't wait to celebrate but they've still got to see this match out first. Their victory is by no means certain at the moment.
C. Hudson-Odoi
Assist
73' That was a great assist by Hudson-Odoi but Liverpool's defending in the run-up was poor. This match could end up seeing even more goals.
C. Pulisic
Goal
73' GOAL! 4-3 CHELSEA! Is a Chelsea comeback on here? Hudson-Odoi hangs the ball up for Pulisic. Pulisic takes his time with his back to goal and swivels to blast a shot into the top right corner.
72' Mane goes on the attack but shows a touch too much of the ball to Rudiger who sees the attack off. It's been a frustrating 15 minutes for Liverpool, whose energy levels have dropped.
70' The players pause for a drinks break before getting back underway. Hudson-Odoi rolls the ball into the box looking for a teammate and Alexander-Arnold gets across to cover.
68' Pulisic has made a difference for Chelsea since he came on. He gets on the end of Azpilicueta's cross and fires high and wide from the left of the box.
C. Jones
N. Keïta
66' This is a sentimental change by Liverpool. Keïta is replaced by Jones. It's Jones' fifth league appearance of the season, which qualifies him for a Premier League winners' medal.
J. Milner
G. Wijnaldum
66' Liverpool decide now's the time to make a few changes. Milner comes on for Wijnaldum in midfield.
65' Pulisic has had three goal Involvements in his last four Premier League apps (one goal, two assists), as many as he'd had in his previous 12. He's having a decent end to the season.
63' Pulisic almost gets a goal of his own! Gomez tries and fails to play Pulisic offside. The winger gets on the end of James' lofted pass to jink into the area and fizzes his effort just wide.
C. Pulisic
Assist
61' Pulisic did all the work for Abraham there, leaving his teammate with a tap-in. The American's emergence has been one of the brightest points of Chelsea's season. Maybe this game isn't over yet?
T. Abraham
Goal
61' GOAL! 4-2 CHELSEA! What a game this is turning out to be. Abraham scores seconds after coming on, slotting home from a few yards out after a mesmerising dribble by Pulisic.
C. Hudson-Odoi
M. Mount
59' Lastly, Mount is replaced by Hudson-Odoi. Pulisic will go left and Hudson-Odoi will go right of Abraham.
C. Pulisic
Willian
59' Willian's game is also over. Pulisic comes on for him.
T. Abraham
O. Giroud
59' Chelsea make a raft of substitutions. Giroud is replaced up front by Abraham.
57' What more can we say by Alexander-Arnold? That's his 13th assist of the season in the Premier League. He's broken his own record for most assists by a defender in a single campaign, 12, which he set last season.
T. Alexander-Arnold
Assist
54' Alexander-Arnold's cross for that goal was fantastic. He's reinventing the right-back position.
Roberto Firmino
Goal
54' GOAL! 4-1 LIVERPOOL! Liverpool are running away with this. Alexander-Arnold sends a peach of a cross into the box from deep and Firmino thumps a header past Kepa to get his first Premier League goal at Anfield this season!
53' Robertson's corner comes in and Salah has an easy shot at goal from the centre of the box. It's straight at Kepa but Chelsea still don't look convincing in these situations. This could get worse for the visitors.
52' Liverpool are starting to dominate this now. Chelsea make a hash of a clearance and Robertson crosses in. It almost lands to Firmino in the middle but Rudiger stops it in the nick of time. It's a Liverpool corner.
50' What a miss by Salah! Salah leaves Rudiger for dead and Liverpool suddenly have three versus one at the back! Salah has players left and right of him but goes for goal himself and somehow slashes it wide. That should have at least been a shot on target.
48' Liverpool force Chelsea to play the ball back and Kepa boots it forward to hand over possession. Liverpool are looking confident now.
46' Liverpool get the next 45 minutes going. It's not long now until they lift the trophy they've waited for for so long.
Liverpool had four shots on target in that first half and scored from three of them. Chelsea have had far more crosses than Liverpool but the hosts' defence has largely held firm. How will Lampard respond in the second half?
Liverpool lead comfortably at the break in an entertaining game. The champions have ruthlessly capitalised on Chelsea's defensive failings through Keita, Alexander-Arnold and Wijnaldum. Giroud's goal just before half-time gives the visitors hope for the second half.
45' + 4' HALF-TIME: LIVERPOOL 3-1 CHELSEA
O. Giroud
Goal
45' + 3' GOAL! 3-1 CHELSEA! Chelsea pull a goal back on the brink of half-time. Willian latches onto Alonso's backheel and fires a shot towards Alisson. Liverpool's keeper can't hold it and Giroud stabs the ball into the net from close range.
45' + 2' Chelsea will want a goal by half-time. They've by no means been bad enough in open play to be three goals behind. The problem's been at set-pieces.
45' There will be three minutes added onto this first half. Willian gets a free-kick as he's tripped while trying to carry the ball out of his half.
G. Wijnaldum
Goal
43' GOAL! 3-0 LIVERPOOL! It's almost half-time and Liverpool's win already looks secure. Liverpool win a corner down their left and Robertson fires it in. Salah has time to take it down six yards out and prod it to Wijnaldum who arrows it into the net.
Mohamed Salah
Assist
43' That was good work by Salah there but Chelsea are far too lax at set-pieces. Only Norwich and Aston Villa have conceded more from corners this season.
41' Chelsea look to regroup. Again, Mount has the opportunity to cross from the left but doesn't get the delivery right. He'll have to watch himself with Pulisic waiting on the bench.
40' Alexander-Arnold, by the way, has scored three direct free-kicks in the Premier League. Only Jamie Redknapp scored more at the age of 21 or under in the competition, with four. Liverpool's young full-back is already one of the world's best.
39' Kepa's been beaten by two long-distance strikes now in this game. Lampard will be disappointed by that second goal, especially the manner of how Liverpool won the free-kick to score it. Now Chelsea have work to do.
T. Alexander-Arnold
Goal
38' GOAL! 2-0 LIVERPOOL! Alexander-Arnold steps up to sweep a wonderful free-kick into the top right corner of the net from outside the area. What a fantastic player he is. He's still just 21.
36' Mane gets a slightly lucky free-kick as Kovacic slides in on the midfielder, winning the ball. Mane's reaction convinces the referee to blow his whistle. Lampard is annoyed and he has every right to be...
34' Giroud lays off to Mount who carries the ball a little too far infield. No matter - Chelsea try again by flinging the ball to James. The right wing-back can't keep the pass in play and it'll be a Liverpool goal-kick.
32' Mount bursts behind Liverpool's defence and slots past Alisson but he's just a fraction offside from James' pass. Chelsea have recovered well since going behind. They've been decent despite the fact they've conceded on the road again.
31' Liverpool get the first corner of the game down the right as Rudiger puts the ball out of play. Alexander-Arnold fires the set-piece in and Wijnaldum wriggles free to head over at the far post. It's a warning for Chelsea.
29' Liverpool claim for a penalty as Mane goes down in the penalty area. It looks fairly innocuous as Mane runs into Azpilicueta. The officials agree.
28' Salah gets the better of Rudiger and slips Firmino in. Firmino has the chance to shoot but hesitates and Zouma takes the decision away from him. Firmino is a great player but is perhaps too selfless at times.
26' Chelsea go hunting for an equaliser right away. Liverpool get some respite as Firmino is fouled in his own half by an overeager Zouma.
24' Liverpool have scored just in time for the first drinks break. Chelsea's leakiness on the road has been a flaw for them this season. The Blues have kept just one away clean sheet all term, a 2-0 win away to Tottenham last December.
N. Keïta
Goal
23' GOAL! 1-0 LIVERPOOL! Van Dijk's pass is intercepted by Willian but Fabinho nips in to win the ball. Keita dribbles forward and spanks a shot in off the crossbar from 20 yards out. It's a satisfying goal.
22' Mane takes the ball to the corner and tries to jink back inside. James does enough to see the Senegal winger off but van Dijk wins the ball back and...
20' Willian drops deep into his own half and wins a foul off Fabinho. Chelsea don't get very far through Liverpool's press though. Rudiger holds off Salah to get the ball roll out of play for a goal-kick.
18' These two teams look reasonably evenly matched at the moment. Keita turns Azpilicueta and bursts forward, passing to Firmino. The Brazilian can't do anything with it though and Chelsea win possession.
17' James ventures forward from his position on the right flank and uses Azpilicueta on the overlap to thump a shot towards goal. It's well over though.
16' Willian almost gets a shot off on the edge of the box as Liverpool are caught napping at the back. The Brazilian's touch is poor though and it gives Robertson time to nip in and put a stop to the attack.
14' Salah gets blocked off for the second time in the game as he tries a quick one-two with Wijnaldum. This time it's Rudiger impeding Salah's progress in the box. The referee is unmoved.
12' Mount has time to fire a cross in from the left but it's way over Liverpool's defence. Liverpool regroup and put together some lovely play on the edge of Chelsea's box. James only half-clears Salah's ball forward and Liverpool remain in control.
10' Mount has Alonso to the outside of him but elects to ignore him. Alexander-Arnold gets in the way but can't fully clear it and Chelsea keep possession. Chelsea are here to win this game, make no mistake.
9' Mane latches onto a decent pass over the top but is forced out wide by a combination of Azpilicueta and Rudiger. Chelsea eventually end up winning the ball.
7' The first half-chance of the game falls to Mount as James slips in Willian down the right. Willian returns the pass to James and his cross finds Mount who's slipped between van Dijk and Gomez. The young midfielder heads over the bar.
5' Salah dribbles down the right channel and looks to play a one-two with Firmino. The Egyptian looks to get the ball back from the Brazilian but finds his path into the box blocked by Alonso.
3' It's a lively start to the game as both teams get a feel for the ball early on. Salah chips a promising pass into the box but Chelsea's back three quickly deal with it.
1' The two sides quickly take the knee and Chelsea get this game underway!
You'll Never Walk Alone rings out at Anfield for the last time this season as the two teams take to the field. It's Liverpool in all-red against Chelsea in blue shirts and shorts with white socks.
Liverpool will believe they can see off Chelsea here. Klopp's team are unbeaten in their last 58 Premier League home games and have won their last two league games against Chelsea. However, they've taken their foot off the gas since becoming champions, dropping eight points in five games. Can Chelsea spoil Liverpool's party?
Liverpool make one change to the team that lost 2-1 at Arsenal last week. Keita replaces Oxlade-Chamberlain who starts on the bench. Lallana, who's leaving the club soon, is also named in the squad. Chelsea also make a single change from their FA Cup semi-final win over Manchester United as their first-choice goalkeeper Kepa starts ahead of Caballero.
SUBS: Pedro, Christian Pulisic, Fikayo Tomori, Emerson, Tammy Abraham, Andreas Christensen, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Willy Caballero, Callum Hudson-Odoi.
CHELSEA (3-4-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta (c), Kurt Zouma, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Marcos Alonso; Willian, Olivier Giroud, Mason Mount.
SUBS: James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Dejan Lovren, Adam Lallana, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi, Xherdan Shaqiri, Adrian, Curtis Jones.

Chelsea, meanwhile, still have something to play for. Frank Lampard's team are fourth but their place in the Champions League next season isn't yet confirmed. With Man Utd and Leicester looking to have dropped points this gameweek, a win now would put the Blues in a strong position ready for the final day.
This is the game that Liverpool have been waiting for. The new champions will finally lift the Premier League trophy once again after 30 years of waiting. Anfield may be empty, but Jurgen Klopp's Reds will still be keen to get a home win to get the party started.
