That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Brighton finish the season on their highest ever Premier League points total of 41 points and in 15th position. Whilst Burnley finish 10th on 54 points, level with Sheffield United.
Brighton clinch a 2-1 victory over Burnley on the final day of the season, after a second half strike from Connolly wrapped up the win. It was 1-1 at the break after goals from Bissouma and Wood, but it took Brighton just five minutes to retake the lead, with Connolly holding off Long and slotting past Pope. Burnley had a goal ruled out, after Gudmundsson was adjudged to be blocking Ryan in an offside position as Rodriguez headed home from a corner. Wood then went close for the Clarets, but ultimately they couldn't get the second goal and Brighton held on for the three points.
90' + 6' FULL-TIME: BURNLEY 1-2 BRIGHTON
E. Pieters

90' + 3' Another Brighton substitution now, with Maupay the man coming off and he has been replaced by Jahanbakhsh.
90' + 2' The ball is at the wrong end of the pitch for Burnley at the moment, Brighton have it and Mooy goes for a long-range strike, but he slips as he hits the ball and it flies well wide.
90' There will be a minimum of FIVE minutes of added time played.
G. Murray
A. Connolly
90' Late Brighton substitution, with Connolly coming off and he has been replaced by Murray.
87' Decent chance! Brady tries to guide the ball into the top left-hand corner of the net after a poor clearance from Mooy on the edge of the penalty area. However, he gets too much on it and it flies well wide.
P. Bardsley
Yellow Card
85' This is only the second yellow card of the game, as Bardsley is booked for a foul on Bernardo.
84' As it stands, Brighton will finish 15th in the Premier League on 41 points and Burnley will be 10th on 54 points.
82' Less than 10 minutes to play at Turf Moor now for Burnley to try and find an equalising goal late on, Brighton are sitting back and soaking up the pressure at the moment.
80' Burnley have lost just one of their last 15 Premier League games (W8 D6) and are unbeaten in their last seven (W4 D3). In those 15 games, the Clarets have conceded just 11 goals, with five of those coming in their only defeat in that run (0-5 v Man City).
M. Vydra
J. Rodriguez
78' Another Burnley change, with Rodriguez replaced by Vydra.
77' Wood and Rodriguez are much more involved in the game now, with Burnley on top and Brighton just looking to try and break forward quickly on the counter-attack when they can.
R. Brady
J. Guðmundsson
75' Burnley also make their own substitution, with Gudmundsson heading off the pitch and he has been replaced by Brady.
A. Mooy
A. Mac Allister
74' The third Brighton substitution sees Mooy come on for Mac Allister.
Bernardo
S. March
73' Brighton are making a triple substitution now, with March coming off and he has been replaced by Bernardo.
D. Pröpper
Y. Bissouma
73' The second change sees Bissouma replaced by Propper.
72' PENALTY SHOUT! Connolly smashes a strike towards goal from just inside the penalty area, after a loose ball falls to him, but Long gets across and makes a superb block. It strikes the top of his arm, but it's from very close range and there wasn't anything he could do about that. Nothing given.
71' Poor effort! McNeil picks the ball up in the middle of the Brighton half, he doesn't have much on and goes for a spectacular strike from long range, but it's well off target and flies wide of the Brighton goal.
70' There's 20 minutes, plus any stoppage time left for Burnley to get back into this game, they are on top but Ryan still hasn't really had many saves to make in the Brighton goal.
68' Maupay has been involved in 13 goals in the Premier League this season (10 goals, 3 assists) - more than any other Brighton player.
66' Burnley look dangerous, but they just can't seem to find a way through this resilient Brighton defence at the moment.
64' OFF THE LINE! A Burnley corner comes into the box, which Wood meets at the far post, he heads it back across goal and it seems to be heading for the top corner, but a combination of Brighton defenders clear it off the line and over the crossbar.
63' BLOCKED! Long thought he had scored for Burnley after the ball rebounded to him in the middle of the penalty area, it was heading in, but Dunk throws himself at the shot and makes a terrific block to deny the Clarets centre-back.
62' Decent chance! Rodriguez isn't far away too far away from scoring, after taking a long ball down on his chest and then volleying it towards the top corner, but it flies wide of Ryan's post.
60' GOAL RULED OUT! After a lengthy delay, VAR rules that Gudmundsson was disrupting Ryan and stopped the Brighton keeper from getting to the ball, whilst in an offside position. It remains 2-1 to Brighton.
58' BURNLEY GOAL! The hosts think they are level, it's 2-2! Wonderful delivery into the penalty area by Westwood from the corner. Rodriguez got up quickly at the near post and got the slightest of touches to glance it into the bottom corner of the net. However, we are having a VAR check on it as Gudmundsson was stood directly in front of Ryan, blocking him from getting to the ball.
56' Brighton haven’t won their final league game of a season since 2013-14 (2-1 at Nottingham Forest), drawing three and losing both such matches in the Premier League since.
54' Stoppage in play here as Pieters is down with injury, following a collision with Lamptey down the left wing. It looks like he will be fine if he can run the injury off.
52' We had a VAR check on the Brighton goal, to see if the ball had gone out of play on the touchline when Maupay hooked it to Connolly. However, there isn't any appeals from the Burnley players or a camera to see the play clearly, so the goal stands.
N. Maupay
Assist
50' Maupay just manages to keep the ball on the pitch, he flicks it in-behind the Burnley defence for Connolly to chase down, who then does the rest brilliantly and puts the visitors back into the lead.
A. Connolly
Goal
50' GOOOAAALLL! Brighton are back in the lead, it's 2-1! Great finish by Connolly, he skips past Long and into the penalty area, using his strength to see off the defender, before slotting the ball into the far corner of the net, with Pope helpless in the Burnley goal.
48' CHANCE! Connolly with a great opportunity for Brighton at the far post after a low cross into the penalty area from Lamptey to the striker, who only has Pope to beat from a tight angle, but the keeper stands strong and makes an excellent stop with his feet.
46' The second half is under way!
Both teams will be looking to increase the pace of the game in the second half, with few chances and neither keeper has really had to make a strong save. Brighton look better in attack, with Maupay very lively up top for the visitors.
It's 1-1 at Turf Moor between Burnley and Brighton on the final day of the Premier League season, with the visitors taking the lead through Bissouma, but then Wood levelled the scoreline just before the break. It was a superb strike by Bissouma to put the Seagulls ahead after 20 minutes, ending Pope's hopes of a 16th clean sheet and the Burnley keeper now needs Ederson to concede for Manchester City, in order to share the award with the City keeper. It looked like Brighton would go into the break ahead, but they were caught out by a long ball over the top and Wood latched onto it and slotted past Ryan.
45' + 5' HALF-TIME: BURNLEY 1-1 BRIGHTON
45' + 4' Burnley free-kick right at the end of the half, which the referee allows to take place before the break. However, it comes to nothing and that should be it.
45' + 2' It's Burnley who are pressing for another goal late on in the first half, they have the momentum at the moment, but haven't been able to test Ryan in the Brighton goal.
45' There will be a minimum of FOUR minutes added time played at the end of the first half.
E. Pieters
Assist
44' The Burnley goal comes from nothing really, with Pieters looking up and spotting the darting run of Wood in-behind Dunk and Burn, who don't read the pass and the striker capitalises and makes no mistakes with a good finish.
C. Wood
Goal
44' GOOOAAALLL! Burnley are level just before the break, it's 1-1! Wood with his 14th Premier League goal of the season and it's a lovely pass from Pieters over the top of the Brighton defence and composed finish by Wood. The left-back saw the space in-behind Dunk and Wood ran onto it, took a touch and then placed the ball past Ryan and into the far corner of the net.
43' Brighton are sitting deep inside their own half now, soaking up the pressure from Burnley, but it's not very intense by the home side and it's been very easy to defend against.
41' Brighton have won just one of their last eight away league games against Burnley (D5 L2), winning 3-1 in the Championship in September 2012.
39' There's not long left to play at Turf Moor before the end of the first half now, can Burnley get back into the game before the half-time whistle?
37' The visitors are happy to keep the ball in their own half, with Seagulls defence playing it out from the back, allowing Burnley to do all the pressing and running around.
35' Burnley need to try and get the ball down on the ground and string a few passes together, as they are chasing it around the pitch at the moment. The visitors are well on top.
33' Brighton certainly look the better of the two sides in attack at the moment, they are dominating possession and Maupay looks very danergous in the final third every time he gets on the ball.
31' Lamptey and Pieters battle for the ball deep inside the penalty area, with the Burnley defender using his strength to see off the right-back, who halfheartedly appeals for a penalty, but there is hardly any contact and nothing is given.
29' Since their return to the Premier League in 2016-17, Burnley have lost all three of their matches on the final day of the season, with all three coming at home (v West Ham, Bournemouth and Arsenal).
27' Decent chance! Another Brighton break forward and Mac Allistar gets on the ball in the Burnley box, he fries a powerful strike at goal, but it is straight at Pope, who makes a comfortable save.
25' We have the first drinks break of the game now, a welcome stoppage for Burnley who started the game well but they have struggled in the last five minutes or so, with Brighton on top.
24' OFF THE BAR! Maupay with a superb header, he leaps above Long and powers the ball towards goal, but is smashes against the woodwork and then the striker tries an acrobatic overhead kick with the rebound, but it flies wide of the Burnley goal.
22' Brighton are winning a few corners at the moment and they have a lot of height in their team to try and test the home side. Can they double their lead straight away?
Y. Bissouma
Goal
20' GOOOAAALLL! What a strike by Bissouma to make it 1-0 to Brighton! Brighton take a corner short, which seems to go wrong, but Bissouma just manages to keep possession with a sliding tackle, it falls to a team-mate, who lays it back to him on the edge of the penalty area and the winger smashes it into the top left-hand corner of the net. Pope had no chance of saving that, great strike!
19' Both of these two teams will be happy that their safety is wrapped up and they only have their final league position to play for. No chances for either side yet.
17' Apart from the penalty appeal, Rodriguez and Wood haven't really been able to get on the ball much so far here. They have been well marked by the Brighton defence.
15' PENALTY SHOUT! Rodriguez gets across Stephens in the box, the midfielder does barge into the back of the striker as Rodriguez takes the ball past him and then goes down. However the striker does seem to look for the contact. Nothing is given by the referee on the pitch and VAR take a look at it, but they agree and play continues.
13' Brighton look keen to try and break forward on the counter when they can, with Maupay linking up well with Connolly and using their pace against the Burnley defence.
11' Concern for Burnley as Bardsley is down with an injury, after a collision with Maupay, the Brighton striker catches the Clarets right-back late and he seems to be in a bit of pain at the moment.
9' Burnley are unbeaten in their last eight league meetings with Brighton, though six of these have ended level (two wins in the 2018-19 Premier League).
7' Slight worry here for Brighton, as Bissouma goes down with a knock to his knee after an awkward landing following a header. However, the midfielder is now back on his feet and trying to shake the injury off.
J. Brownhill
Yellow Card
5' First yellow card early on here, as Brownhill is booked for pulling Lamptey down on the edge of the Brighton penalty area, stopping the visitors from breaking forward.
5' Great overlapping run by Bardsley down the right wing, trying to play a quick one-two with Gudmundsson, but the winger takes the ball forward himself and whips a cross into the box, which Ryan punches clear.
3' Burnley with the early possession here, with Brighton sitting fairly deep and allowing them to have the ball in the middle of the pitch. However, the pace is quite slow so far.
1' We're under way!
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all of the match action!
