Lee Chung-Yong, Korea (Goal.com)
Lee Chung Yong joined FC Seoul in 2004 after quitting Junior high school. He made his debut in 2006 and became a regular the following year after new manager Şenol Güneş, former Turkey national team boss, gave him a chance. Lee shone in 2008 as FC Seoul finished second in the league.

Lee moved to Bolton Wanderers in August 2009 although he was one of the few young players in Korea who wanted to play in Spain rather than England. Despite his lack of experience, he settled well and quickly scored his first goal, which proved to be the winner, in a 2-1 victory against Birmingham City.

The tricky winger has been one of Bolton's best players this season. Already, there are rumours and reports in the South Korean media that the player, quick and with an eye for goal, will be an Arsenal or Liverpool player before too long.

At the age of 19, Lee made his national team debut, starting a FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Jordan on May 2008. He is now established in the team and is a regular starter.
