Magallon is solid on the left flank and is an important man for not only Guadalajara but the national team as well. He seldom ventures forward but when he does it is often for an important cause. 

His first call-up came in 2007. He made his debut on February 28 as the Tri beat Venezuela 3-1. It's reported that defender could leave Mexica as there are some European clubs interested in his services.
