West Ham United v Leicester City: Moyes set for defeat at hands of Foxes

David Moyes will be hoping to mark his first home game as West Ham manager with a victory when Leicester City visit the London Stadium for Friday's Premier League clash.

The former Sunderland boss saw his side beaten 2-0 in his first match away to Watford, but is available at 9/5 (2.80) with dabblebet to get off the mark with a win back on home turf.

However, the Foxes have not lost any of the last six meetings between these sides, and are slight 8/5 (2.60) favourites to come out on top in this one.

Three of the guests' last four away matches have resulted in draws, and you can get odds of 12/5 (3.40) on them claiming a single point once again here.

Although it would be difficult to argue that Slaven Bilic deserved to remain in charge after overseeing a run of just five victories in 25 league matches dating back to last campaign, the appointment of Moyes has hardly given the club much of a lift.

Having looked an increasingly forlorn figure at the helm of a Sunderland team that was relegated for the first time in a decade last campaign, the 54-year-old is not the inspiring figure demoralised Hammers fans were hoping for in order to steer clear of the drop zone.

Without a win in his final 10 league matches at the Stadium of Light, Moyes is immediately under pressure to guide a team that has lost three of the last four home games to victory in their own back yard.

This will not come easy against Claude Puel's men, who are unbeaten in four fixtures on the road and boast a strong record in recent encounters between the sides.

Including an extra-time victory in the EFL Cup, Leicester have won five and lost none of the previous six matches against West Ham - making draw no bet odds of 4/5 (1.80) look very attractive on them adding to the hosts' woes in this clash.
