The lanky striker netted twice in the first half to help his side defeat their hosts

Paul Onuachu got the goals as FC Midtjylland secure a 2-0 away victory over Welsh Premier League side The New Saints in Thursday's Europa League third qualifying round.

The hosts dominated the early proceedings but the Danes got ahead after Onuachu scored a header off a corner kick in the ninth minute.

In the 27th minute, the 24-year-old, again, against the run of play, doubled his side's lead to see them secure an important 2-0 victory in Wales.

On July 16, Midtjylland will aim to finish off Scott Ruscoe's men in Denmark, and the Nigerian will hope to get more goals.
