The 25-year-old has hailed the progress that the Selecao have made since 2016 and vows that they will give their all to try and win the 2018 World Cup

Barcelona forward Neymar believes that we are now seeing the best of Brazil under Tite.

Barcelona are 19/20 to win La Liga

The Selecao have been in superlative form since the former Corinthians boss took charge of the national team in June 2016, with just one defeat and 10 wins from 11 matches.

And Neymar, who, as revealed by Goalis ready to leave Barcelona to join PSG, believes Brazil are heading in the right direction and that Tite is the ideal man to take them forward.

He told Goal in an exclusive interview conducted last week: "Tite has changed Selecao. He’s an excellent coach, with great technical knowledge and he respects every professional.

"I have an excellent relationship with him, not just me but all players. The good results are back, confidence too, and I think Brazil is, indeed, one of the favourites for the World Cup.

Neymar shines in potential swansong

"I’m not afraid of saying we’ll fight to the last minute for these seven wins."

Despite the intense speculation over his future, Neymar scored two goals for Barca in their pre-season friendly win over Juventus on July 22.
