Mamic successor at Al Nassr helm revealed

Reports from Saudi Arabia indicated that Uruguayan coach, José Daniel Carreño, is edging closer to claiming the manager spot with Al Nassr, as a successor for Serbian coach Zoran Mamic who resigned from his post on Friday.

Mamic signed his resignation after his team’s 3-2 defeat against Al Qadisiya on Thursday in matchday 16 of Jameel League, and the Serb is now reportedly negotiating with Al Ain of UAE.

Carreño led Al Nassr for a season and a half since the second half of the 2012-2013 season, and the team won the double of Jameel League and Crown Prince Cup in 2013-2014 season under the Serb.
