Liverpool to avoid defeat at home to Manchester City and Crystal Palace to win in Goal's £800,000 Colossus Syndicate

Chelsea host Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur play Everton in the two picks of Saturday, before a huge afternoon clash on Sunday – which is previewed below.

And that is not all, as massive £800,000 jackpot is up for grabs this week with Goal’s Syndicate on Colossus Bets.

Crystal Palace v Burnley – home win

This selection may seem harsh on high-flying Burnley, who were touted to sneak into Europe after a terrific start to the season, but the fact remains that they have not claimed victory in any of their last five Premier League games and are winless in their last four away from Turf Moor.

In stark contrast, Palace are slowly climbing up the table and have lost just one of their last 11 in the league whilst claiming 13 points from their last eight matches at Selhurst Park.

Huddersfield Town v West Ham United – away win/draw

Tipped by many to go back down from whence they came before a ball was kicked, Huddersfield have thus far defied the odds; however, they will likely struggle this weekend as West Ham have lost only one of their last seven in the league.

It is also worth noting that the Hammers have drawn seven times this season - the third-most in the league – and the Terriers’ four draws at home represent the third-most by a side in their own stadium.

Bristol City v Norwich – home win/draw

The Championship is a notoriously hard division to win, and even harder to predict. However, what we can say is that the Robins are comfortably in fourth place and the Canaries are way down in 13th.

Logic says that Lee Johnson will be able to guide his men to victory here, but both sides have won three of their last six and the hosts are recovering from a full-throttle effort in the Carabao Cup semi-final at Manchester City, so there is every chance the points will be split at Ashton Gate.

Middlesbrough v Fulham – home win

These sides are split by just two points in the Championship, but Boro have won four in five and will be buoyed by their FA Cup win over local rivals Sunderland on the weekend.

Although Fulham are in fairly good form in the league themselves, winning three of their last four, they have failed to win at Middlesbrough in their last 13 games there – losing nine of those – in a run stretching back to 1984.

Liverpool v Manchester City – home win/draw

Manchester City may have taken an almost unimaginable 62 points from the 66 available to them this season, but a visit to Anfield may prove to be their undoing as they have not won at Liverpool since May 2003.

The hosts are unbeaten in their last 17 matches in all competitions, including winning their last four, and it will likely be in both sides’ best interests to play quite conservatively in this matchup.
