Wilfried Zaha is in contention to feature against Chelsea on Saturday, according to Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson.
The Cote d'Ivoire international had been out of action since their opening day loss to Huddersfield but recently returned to first team training.
Hodgson, impressed with the fitness level of the former Manchester United winger, said he is in his plans for the match against Antonio Conte’s men.
"Wilfried has trained for two weeks over the international break so therefore there is no reason why I shouldn’t consider him for the game against Chelsea,” Hodgson told club website.
"The fans will be pleased to see him back on the field but I would urge people to give him the benefit of the doubt in his first few games he comes back into as he has been out for over six weeks.
“He did ever so well to come back that quickly from the injury so to expect him to be in the form he was in before is a tough ask but it has certainly been good to see him in training," he concluded.
Also, Zaha is looking ready to feature in the encounter after posting a video of himself on Instagram with the caption: 'Ready for the weekend'.
