Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha has stepped up recovery from his knee injury.

The Cote d’Ivoire international suffered a knee injury in the Eagles’ 1-1 draw with Newcastle United on February 4 and has subsequently missed his side’s 3-1 loss to Everton and their 1-0 home defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at Selhurst Park.

Although Roy Hodgson disclosed that the 25-year-old who has scored four goals in 20 league matches this season ‘is progressing well, but is still weeks away', the forward - spotted in a knee brace, has given an update after posting a video of himself lifting weights in the gym.

"All about the mentality, how much you want it," Zaha captioned the Instagram post.
