U.S. national team captain Michael Bradley has claimed Golden Ball honors as the Gold Cup's top player, with Jamaica's Andre Blake winning the Golden Glove and Canada's Alphonso Davies taking two prizes.

USA 80/1 to win World Cup

Called in as one of six replacements for the U.S. after the group stage, Bradley went the full 90 minutes in central midfield in all three knockout round matches as the Americans claimed their sixth Gold Cup title.

Blake was named the tournament's top goalkeeper after allowing just two goals in six games, though he had to exit early in Jamaica's 2-1 loss to the U.S. on Wednesday because of a hand injury.

Davies earned the Golden Boot with three goals, edging the USA's Jordan Morris and Martinique's Kevin Parsemain on the tiebreaker of fewest minutes played. The 16-year-old also won the Bright Future award as the tournament's top young player.

The U.S. team earned the tournament's Fair Play award and led the Best XI with six selections: Omar Gonzalez, Graham Zusi, Darlington Nagbe, Jozy Altidore, Morris and Bradley.

Jamaica's Kemar Lawrence, Jermaine Taylor and Blake also made the Best XI, with Davies and Mexico's Jesus Duenas rounding out the squad.
