The Olympique Lyonnais coach has warned his side that they must take six points from their final two games to confirm their Champions League participationRemi Garde has stressed that Olympique Lyonnais still have it all to play for to secure Ligue 1's final Champions League place.
The Stade Gerland outfit suffered a 1-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday, leaving them three points ahead of fourth-placed Lille with two games to play.
And Garde has highlighted the importance of his troops taking maximum points from their remaining matches to seal a return to Europe's top competition.
"No-one took all three points tonight, so the six points still up for grabs this season will be crucial," the 47-year old told reporters.
"Congratulations to PSG, even though it's a bit tough to watch them celebrate winning the title here. As soon as Paris scored, things got complicated for us.
"They're a real counterattacking side, so it was very difficult after they scored. They have a lot more quality, even though we were far from playing our worst for some time."
Lyon travel to Nice for their next game on May 18.
