The horriffic lunge on Clement, who is expected to be out for around six months, took place 24 minutes into the Ligue 1 tie with the score at 1-0, and the Monaco loan signing will not be appealing the decision.
"I have nothing to say about the penalty, it is their decision." the 20-year old told L'Equipe as he left the hearing.
"I explained my feelings and the action, they all listened."
Les Aiglons' defeat meant they were overtaken by St. Etienne in the Ligue 1 table as they dropped to fifth place, two points behind les Verts in fourth.
