The 57-year-old coach remained cool about dealing with unforeseen circumstances after Olympique de Marseille's clash with Lyon was postponed due to extreme weather conditions
Elie Baup has underlined the importance of being able to deal with unexpected situations following the cancellation of his side's game on Sunday.
Due to renovations on the Stade Velodrome, strong winds resulted in the cancellation of the big Ligue 1 clash between Olympique de Marseille and Lyon.
Baup remained unphased and said his focus would immediately turn to the upcoming clash with Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.
“We have to be used to dealing with the unexpected. We were very well prepared for this match,” he told the club's official website.
Striker Loic Remy also remained positive after an anti-climactic afternoon which would have seen him face his former club.
“We are all disappointed since we had done all of our preparation and were ready to go. However, we have a big match on Wednesday against Paris, which we are looking forward to and we can now rest a bit," he added.
