Sirigu rules out summer switch away from Paris Saint-Germain

The Italian goalkeeper has been tipped to leave the Ligue 1 giants at the end of the season, but has now insisted that he wants to stay put
Salvatore Sirigu has made it clear that he has no intention of leaving Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old has reportedly attracted the interest of AC Milan but is content to stay in the French capital for the time being.

"Leaving PSG is not an option for me. I came here because I wanted to be part of the club's project. That means that I will be staying here for several seasons," Sirigu stated to Le Parisien.

"So next year I will still be Paris Saint-Germain's goalkeeper. Although you can never be 100 per cent certain. Anything can happen in football."

Sirigu, who joined PSG from Palermo last summer, has a contract with the club that runs until June 2015.
