The 23-year-old has helped fire the Mastiffs to the top of the Ligue 1 standings with 14 goals in 32 games this season.
Reports have claimed both the Viola, and French club Paris Saint-Germain are interested in his services for next term, but his agent Pascali Boisseau feels those suggestions lack potency.
"Can I confirm the interest from the part of Fiorentina? No. It's too early for this," he told Firenzeviola.it.
"I did not say I am excluding the existence of contacts with Italian clubs, just simply that we will evaluate the player's situation at the end of term."
Lille's next game is against Saint Etienne later tonight.
