Lyon coach Claude Puel says he will take the three points against Nice.
"We played a very good first-half. We were able to weaken Nice's hold on the match," Puel told Francefootball.fr post-match. "It was a pity not to have doubled the score.
"We had a pretty good start to the second-half, but did not know what to do afterwards. We were unsure whether to attack and look for the second goal or stay back and defend.
"The last 15 minutes were physically tough, but the most important thing is that we have taken maximum points from this match. It was also important to remain in touch with the teams at the top of the ladder, and hope we can close the gap soon," he concluded.
