France Coach Laurent Blanc Wants His Players To Sing The French National Anthem
France national team coach Laurent Blanc wants his players to sing the national anthem prior to the match against Belarus on Friday...

Blanc believes the aim will be to show allegiance to the Bleus' jersey after what happened during the 2010 World Cup. He has also given each of his players a copy of the words.
"I have personally encouraged the players to sing La Marseillaise because I was almost certain some of them didn't know the words," Blanc said to Reuters. "I think everyone knows the words to it, but everyone is free to do what they want.
"They know my way of thinking, though. If you know the words to the national anthem of your country, it is preferable to sing it," he added.
"I don't have many opportunities to sing it. I admit I don't sing it under the shower.
"But when you are representing your country, it's a pleasure to sing it," concluded Blanc.
