Marseille’s Stephane Mbia Anticipates ‘Great Duel’ With Toulouse Star Moussa Sissoko

Stade Velodrome hosts a fascinating clash between Olympique de Marseille and Toulouse on Saturday evening, and home midfield anchor Stephane Mbia is relishing the task of attempting to shackle Moussa Sissoko.
Sissoko, 20, has been in terrific form to date this season, earning his first national team call. In addition, the youngster, who has been compared to Patrick Vieira on several occasions, has managed to add goals to his game, currently sitting on four for le Tefece this season.
It is entirely possible that Mbia, himself considered something of a rising star in a holding midfield position, will square off directly against Sissoko, and the Cameroonian is looking forward to the test.
“Moussa is physical and a little rough, but he is a very good player,” the former Stade Rennais man explained to Le Parisien. “It will be a great duel. He is young and still wants to prove things.
“This match will be difficult, but it is at home and we have no margin for error.”
OM presently sit fifth in Ligue 1, though they have played a game short of those sides around them in the league due to last weekend’s Clasico postponement. Toulouse, meanwhile, just appear to be coming into some form, despite their relatively mediocre 11th placed standing at present.
