Saint Etienne Director Confirms Valencia Interest In Mouhamadou Dabo
The French defender could be on his way to Spain this summer...
The French international can play at either right or left-back and according to reports has plenty of potential suitors this summer.
His current deal with Saint Etienne runs out next summer but after refusing to extend it, he has been put on the market.
Now, it appears as though a move to Spain, or possibly to another club in France beckons, as Comolli told Le Progres.
"There has not been any offer received from Olympique de Lyon yet, as has been reported, but there has been contact with Valencia," he said.
The news comes on the same day that Valencia reportedly secured a deal for Bruno, who is set to play at right-back next season ahead of Miguel.
Should Dabo move to los Che then it seems likely that he would play at left-back, with Emiliano Moretti on his way to Italy.
The French international could then become the fourth signing for Valencia this summer if Bruno joins as well, with Angel Dealbert and Jeremy Mathieu already signed.
