Charlton v Oxford is the only clash not to be resolved after the two sides drew 2-2 on Tuesday, after the match had been postponed on two occasions. The winners will play Huddersfield away.
Birmingham City secured their place in the next round with a 3-0 win against Bristol Rovers on Tuesday night, and the Blues will face Manchester United conquerors Swansea City at St Andrew's.
Arsenal qualified for the fourth round thanks to a 2-0 victory against Tottenham at the first time of asking, and will host Coventry City on Friday, January 24.
Elsewhere, Chelsea take on Stoke City at Stamford Bridge and Everton travel to League One Stevenage, while Southampton host Championship side Yeovil.
Liverpool will face an away tie against Bournemouth after beating Oldham in the last round.
