Players from both clubs will wear black armbands in commemoration of the 24 people killed and thousands of homes that were destroyed by the natural disaster, while members of the St Louis Fire Department will be in attendance to collect donations at the entrace to the stadium.
Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay told the press: "Our thoughts are with the people of Oklahoma.
"Everybody at Chelsea Football Club is determined to do what we can to help raise important funds for the recovery process.
"We are united alongside Manchester City in our commitment to help."
Both clubs will match the donation collected at the game, which kicks off at 02.30BST.
