Manchester United forward Danny Welbeck has expressed his excitement ahead of Monday's derby against Manchester City.
Sir Alex Ferguson's men go into the game 15 points ahead of their rivals and knowing that victory will effectively seal a 20th league title.
And Welbeck is adamant that his team are ready for the challenge and admits the chance to close in on the title is a tantalising prospect.
"It's [victory against City] a huge motivation but that motivation has been there all season," he told United Review, the club's official matchday programme.
"To be 15 points ahead is a big margin but we won't get complacent. Our mentality is always the same for every match: to win. That won't change.
"Of course, knowing victory tonight would put us within a few points of the title is a massive incentive for us."
United tasted defeat last time out, after losing out to Chelsea in the FA Cup but Welbeck is backing his side to overcome their disappointment and return to form at Old Trafford.
"We were all devastated after the Chelsea game," he admitted. "But when you play for Manchester United you've always got another big game to focus on.
"Everyone has felt the excitement building in the city ahead of tonight's match and it's one we're all looking forward to."
