Swansea preparing for departure of in-demand manager Michael Laudrup
The south Wales club's chairman, Huw Jenkins, has admitted that the Capital One Cup-winning side are always looking for potential new bosses with the right profile
Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has admitted that the south Wales club are constantly in the process of identifying potential new managers as speculation mounts regarding the future of current boss Michael Laudrup.Laudrup took control at the Liberty Stadium last summer after Brendan Rodgers departed for Liverpool and led the Swans to their first-ever major trophy when they beat Bradford at Wembley to win the Capital One Cup.

Jenkins, who has been involved with the Swans since 2001, has an excellent track record of appointing managers having brought in the likes of Kenny Jackett, Roberto Martinez and Rodgers in previous seasons.
"We always do that process of looking for the next manager, it never changes," he told The Sun on Sunday.
"We look at different teams and how they play, different managers and if they have the right backgrounds to suit us.
"You have to have an understanding of what is about on the market and what would suit our club. You can look ahead, whether it is for two or five year's time."
Laudrup signed a two-year deal when he was appointed by Swansea in June 2012 but has been linked to the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid following an impressive debut season in English football.
