John Obi Mikel and Gary Cahill are the men to miss out following the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City, with Oscar and Cesar Azpilicueta replacing them.
West Brom, meanwhile, also make two changes from their last league fixture, with Chris Brunt dropping out whilst Romelu Lukaku is unable to play against his parent club.
They are replaced by Graham Dorrans and Marc-Antoine Fortune respectively by manager Steve Clarke.
