Andre Villas-Boas has decided to start Emmanuel Adebayor up front alongside Jermain Defoe before the Togo international joins up with his national squad for the Africa Cup of Nations.Former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has made four changes to the side that drew against West Brom in the FA Cup, with Nedum Onuoha, Shaun Derry, Fabio and Shaun Wright-Phliips all coming into the team.

Kieron Dyer has had his contract terminated by QPR, so will not feature in the north London clash, while Ryan Nelsen is playing for the hosts despite agreeing to become Toronto's head coach.
Spurs have a strong bench and will be able to call on the likes of Scott Parker, Clint Dempsey and Benoit Assou-Ekotto to change the game if needed.
