The 27-year-old is believed to be on the radar of the Premier League pair after scoring 16 goals in all competitions so far this season.
And, with the January transfer window nearing, the former Saint-Etienne forward has revealed he would be open to a move to England.
Gomis told Canal+: "I'm happy, but if it is for my interest, and the three parties are okay and I can progress, then yes. The interest is flattering.
"These are big names [Liverpool and Chelsea]. But I do not pollute my mind with the idea of a departure. Anything can go very quickly in football."
