Johnson wants Liverpool to continue Premier League revival
The England international wants to see the Reds climb the Premier League table and challenge for Champions League qualification after back-to-back wins in the league
Liverpool full-back Glen Johnson wants his side to build on their back-to-back wins over Southampton and West Ham and climb the Premier League table. While the Reds are 10th in the league, they are only four points off the Champions League spots after a 3-2 away victory over the Hammers on Sunday.
The England international scored in the win at Upton Park and now hopes his side make their home advantage count in the next couple of weeks against Aston Villa and Fulham.

"We've got a week now to prepare for the next game, and we have a couple of home games to come, so we can really try and push on and climb up the league.
"It's a tight league. Anyone can beat anyone these days, so you have to be on top of your game no matter who you are playing.
“That's why it is one of the best leagues in the world. No-one can guess what is going to happen."
Striker Luis Suarez missed the game for Liverpool due to suspension, with Jonjo Shelvey stepping in and delivering an impressive performance.
Johnson feels Shelvey did well playing out of position, and insists the result proves Liverpool are not a one-man team.
"Any team is going to miss Luis Suarez," Johnson added. "But we have players here who can step in and do a job. The players and the staff have never thought that we are a one-man team.
"We play the way we play, with or without Luis. I thought Jonjo did fantastically well on Sunday. He got into a few good positions, and grew into the role.”
