Manchester City and Chelsea target Falcao would be a Premier League superstar, insists Javi Garcia
The City new-boy believes the prolific Colombian has the skills to shine in any league in the world, and admits he would rather play alongside him than against him
Javi Garcia admits he would like Manchester City to beat Chelsea to the signing of Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao, insisting the Colombian would make a big impact in the Premier League.Falcao has started the new season in sensational form, scoring 11 goals in seven matches for Atleti, including a first-half hat-trick against Chelsea in the Uefa Super Cup which made headlines around Europe.

The Blues are believed to have identified Falcao as their preferred alternative to the inconsistent Fernando Torres, while City boss Roberto Mancini further fuelled speculation of a possible January deal by attending Atleti's 2-1 victory over Malaga last Sunday.
And Garcia is in no doubt the former Porto frontman would be able to replicate his impressive scoring form in the Premier League.
“He’s a great player and he can play in any league that he wants at the moment,” Garcia told Sport360.
“Falcao has been fantastic. He is scoring a lot of goals in La Liga now and I already know him from Portugal where he did the same.
“I would rather play with him than against him. I faced him for Benfica against Porto when we were both playing in Portugal so I know what he can do. I’d be happy to have him in my team."
