Cech hails Chelsea duo Hazard and Oscar after impressive start
The Blues keeper is delighted with the initial impact that the new signings have made at Stamford Bridge and praises how they have adapted to life in the Premier League
Chelsea keeper Petr Cech has hailed summer signings Eden Hazard and Oscar after their great start to life at Stamford Bridge.
Both players have immediately settled into Roberto Di Matteo's side, turning in some impressive performances and helping the Blues to the top of the table after seven games.
Cech feels that the duo have become a fearsome tandem for Chelsea, along with Fernando Torres, with their styles complementing each other well, enthusing about the effect of the Londoners' team spirit.
"You can see that the players who are in our attack have all got used to each other," he told Isport.blesk.cz.
"They are good attuned to each other even if they play together for the first time. Eden is great with his technique and with Oscar they are a dangerous duo.
"Moreover, the Brazilian and Spanish style of football is similar, so even Fernando Torres is used to it.
"That is why, even if there are a lot of new players, they have found the common language on the pitch."
