'I don't want to be the new anyone' - Lukaku tired of Drogba comparisons
The Belgian forward, who recently joined West Brom on a season-long loan deal, insists he is own man and has grown "bored" of being compared to the Ivorian forward
West Brom loanee Romelu Lukaku has called for an end to comparisons with former Chelsea team-mate Didier Drogba. The Belgian striker is currently spending the season with the Baggies after failing to break through at Stamford Bridge following a big-money move from Anderlecht.
The 19-year-old's impressive physique had prompted discussion of the similarities between him and the Ivorian striker upon his arrival in west London but this is something he hopes to leave behind.
