Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is adamant that he would only accept a loan move away from Stamford Bridge if it were to another Premier League club.
The 19-year-old is the subject of an approach from Fulham over such a temporary deal, as Goal.com revealed in July, with a season-long switch abroad not an option for the youngster, who has insisted that he "must play" first-team football in 2012-13.
Lukaku moved to Stamford Bridge last summer and made 12 appearances without scoring in his debut campaign, but has been impressive in pre-season and has previously declared his desire to represent the club throughout his whole career.
"I did not sign for Chelsea to go into another championship," the Belgium international warned his club while speaking to the media.
"What I learned last season was positive. Training with great players improves you.
"Now I must play. In a few weeks we'll see what happens."
The Blues spent £18 million to bring Lukaku to London from Anderlecht in 2011.
