Extra Time: Noel Gallagher launches new Manchester City kits
The former Oasis guitarist stepped in to help as the club revealed their new sky-blue home shirt, while opting for a maroon away strip worn by previous FA Cup winners

Manchester City fan and former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher was on hand this week to help the club launch their new home and away kits with captain Vincent Kompany.
The pair emerged as unlikely friends when Kompany introduced the rocker's band Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds at the Rock Werchter music festival on Sunday in Belgium.
Kompany said: "I always look forward to returning to Belgium, but this really was a special occasion and a moment to savour.
"Noel is obviously a huge star so I was happy to introduce him in front of 80,000 fans in my home country."

The pair combined after the gig for the set of photos taken by music photographer and City fan Kevin Cummins, known for his iconic images of Manchester bands such as Joy Division, The Smiths and The Stone Roses.
Gallagher said: "The new home kit is pure class. It might be the best one we've had in a decade.
"As modern and radical as it is though, it's nice to see Umbro keeping our heritage alive in the new away kit. The best dressed defending champions of all time? No doubt."

The new home shirt stays true to City's famous sky blue, while the away strip reverts to the maroon colour worn by FA Cup winning teams of the past from 1934 and 1956.
