David Moyes' team will end their Premier League preparations at La Rosaleda after matches against teams such as Aberdeen, Motherwell, Blackpool and AEK Athens
The match will serve as a warm-up for the La Liga side’s Champions League qualifiers in August after Manuel Pellegrini’s side managed a best-ever finish of fourth place last season.
Everton’s build-up to the new Premier League season begins on July 14 as they make the short trip to Morecambe, followed by a visit to Aberdeen four days later and Motherwell on July 21.
The Toffees head back to England to face Blackpool at Bloomfield Road and then Greek side AEK Athens come to Goodison Park on August 8, three days before the meeting with the Spanish side at La Rosaleda.
Malaga, who have a large British fan base, are backed by Qatari owner Sheikh Abdullah Al Thani, who bought the club in June 2010.
They have since acquired the services of well-known and experienced players such as Martin Demichelis, Santi Cazorla, Joris Mathijsen, Enzo Maresca and Julio Baptista, while Ruud van Nistelrooy played for the club last season.
