The Wales international has established himself as one of the most-sought after players in Europe, with a host of clubs understood to be monitoring the 22-year-old.
However, with Bale having a €60 million (£50m) price-tag around his neck, PSG are one of the few clubs who can afford to spend such a fee on the player as the French capital club are backed by the wealthy Qatar Sports Group.
Carlo Ancelotti's side are reportedly looking to strengthen all areas of the team in the summer, and Bale's representative believes that his charge would be a quality addition to the club.
"Bale is the type of player PSG need," Jonathan Barnett told Telefoot. "But he is very happy at Tottenham."
It is understood that Tottenham will part company with their prized assets, including Bale, if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season.
The agent, who also represents Ashley Cole then commented on the situation of Chelsea left-back, who has also been suggested as a possibility to bolster PSG's rearguard.
"I have heard the rumours, but he is very happy at Chelsea," Barnett added.
