The young German signed from Dortmund on deadline day and is looking forward to playing alongside his favourite player and other greats such as Thierry Henry
Eisfeld moved to Arsenal from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund - the same path which Czech midfielder Rosicky took in 2006 - for an undisclosed fee.
The 19-year-old also plays across the midfield and has impressed with the German champions' under-19 side this season, scoring six times and making six assists in just 12 appearances.
And now that he has moved to north London, he is looking forward to playing alongside Rosicky and other established names such as Thierry Henry.
"My hero was Tomas Rosicky. I have a shot of him in my room and it's fantastic to play with him," he told the club’s official website.
"In my opinion, he's a great player and I focus on his game. But I play a little bit differently.I think I can read the game very well and my technique is quite good.
"I feel proud because to train with players like Thierry Henry is a dream of each player. It's like a dream come true for me."
Apart from his new team-mates, Eisfeld said manager Arsene Wenger’s record of bringing through young talent was another reason for him making the move to England.
"The trainer is great for young players," he said.
"Mr Wenger said to me that I will get the chance to train with the first team and then it's up to me if I play or I don't play."
