Younes Kaboul glad to see Tottenham return to ‘quality football’ in 3-1 win over Wigan
The French defender also hailed the arrival of compatriot Louis Saha at White Hart Lane, whilst turning his attentions to Monday's clash with Liverpool at Anfield

Younes Kaboul praised Tottenham's performance in their 3-1 win over Wigan on Tuesday night, noting to a return to the 'quality football' that had been missing in their FA Cup victory over Watford.
Spurs are now just five points behind Manchester City and United in the title race, after a Gareth Bale brace either side of Luka Modric's goal eased the home side to victory.
The French centre-back, in the midst of his best form for Spurs this season, added that his side'a focus remained on their own performances rather than that of their rivals, as City slipped to defeat at Everton.
Kaboul told Goal.com: “We played very good football tonight again.
“It was not easy but from the start we played quality football and we scored early.
“We are playing at home and we lost last week to Man City, we didn't play very well against Watford, so tonight we had to play quality football once more.”
The win over Wigan was timely given City's 1-0 loss at Goodison Park, but Kaboul insisted the team are more concerned with their own results as they continue to chase the leaders.
“We don't watch what happens with the other teams. We just look at ourselves,” he added.
“The only danger is for us, no-one else. As long as we win the games there will be no problem.
“We don't really watch what happens above us or below us, we just play football to win and take three points every game.”
With Monday's trip to Anfield a mouth-watering prospect for the neutral, Kaboul acknowledged how difficult opponents Liverpool can be, but remains confident of overcoming Kenny Dalglish's side.
“Next Monday is going to be a massive game against Liverpool,” he said.
“At the moment they are a very good team.
“We have to go there to have good ambitions and just try to take three points.”
In a season that has seen Swansea beat Arsenal and Blackburn defeat Manchester United, Kaboul praised the competitive nature of the Premier League.
He said: “The league is good because anyone can beat anyone.
“It's the only league in Europe like this.
“So next Monday is going to be a very tough game for both teams and we have to do our best.”
With the transfer window closing on Tuesday, deadline day saw Everton's Louis Saha move to Spurs, and Kaboul is glad to have his fellow Frenchman at White Hart Lane.
“Louis [Saha] is welcome here at Spurs.
“He is a quality player. I don't know him very well but I know he's a good lad.”
