The Brazilian-born Belgian youth international chose the Premier League champions after meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson, and describes the Red Devils as his "dream club"PSV wonderkid Andreas Pereira has confirmed he has agreed a deal to join Manchester United in January.
Pereira, born in Brazil but raised in Belgium, is rated as one of the most talented players of his age in Europe, and chose United over a host of other interested clubs.
The 15-year-old midfielder revealed he decided on a move to Old Trafford after meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson, and says he is delighted to be given a chance to play for his “dream club”.
"I knew that PSV had given me my chance, but Manchester United is obviously a great club,” he told VoetbalPrimeur.
"Other British clubs were interested. I thought about it, but Manchester United is a dream club for me.
"I have been a few times to Manchester United to have a look. I got a tour and spoke with Sir Alex Ferguson. Being a 15-year-old and being able to talk with him is great!"
