Juventus and Milan track Manchester City's Aleksandar Kolarov - report
Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov has caught the attention of Milan and Juventus with his performances in the Premier League.
Serie A league leaders Milan and Juventus will take up the pursuit of Manchester City’s Serbian full-back Aleksandar Kolarov in the summer, according to newspaper reports in England. The Daily Mirror has this morning stated that the Rossoneri are readying a €12 million bid for the 25-year-old international, while the Old Lady will be forced out of any deal if their Italian rivals make a formal offer.
However, City coach Roberto Mancini will no doubt be reluctant to part with the former Lazio left-back after paying €18m for the young yet experienced campaigner just last year.
Both Italian clubs have been linked to numerous defenders over the course of the season, with Juve's pursuit of the likes of Olympique Lyonnais’ Michel Bastos among the most prominent reports in the Italian media.
Kolarov has three seasons of experience in Serie A, and has also featured 18 times under Mancini this season at Eastlands this season, finding the net once.
