An early north London derby awaits as Tottenham will play Arsenal in the third round of the League Cup.
The last time the two sides faced each other in this tournament, Spurs won the bragging rights as they convincingly beat Arsene Wenger’s side 5-1 at White Hart Lane.

Meanwhile, Premier League champions Chelsea have been handed a home tie against newly-promoted Newcastle United.

There is also a repeat of last year’s semi-final between Aston Villa and Blackburn Rovers.
The two teams managed to produce an enthralling 6-4 scoreline in the second leg at Villa Park.
